These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MEDICURES application and its Ride Booking, Vehicle Rental, Parcel Booking and Ambulance Booking services.

By using MEDICURES, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must provide accurate information while registering and making bookings.

You must not use MEDICURES for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

2. Ride Booking

Ride availability, vehicle assignment, estimated arrival time and fares may vary depending on location, traffic, demand and vehicle availability.

Applicable fare and charges will be displayed before or during booking, where applicable.

3. Vehicle Rental

Vehicle rental is subject to vehicle availability, eligibility, required documentation, rental duration and applicable charges.

Users are responsible for using rented vehicles lawfully and returning them as agreed.

Additional charges may apply for late return, damage, fuel, tolls, parking or other applicable services.

4. Parcel Booking

Users must provide accurate sender, receiver and parcel information.

Illegal, dangerous, hazardous, prohibited or restricted items cannot be transported through MEDICURES.

MEDICURES may refuse or cancel a parcel booking where required for safety, legal or operational reasons.

5. Ambulance Booking

Ambulance availability depends on location, ambulance type, equipment, crew availability and operational conditions.

Users must provide accurate information about the patient's transportation requirements.

MEDICURES facilitates ambulance booking and coordination and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Hospital admission, treatment and bed availability are determined by the relevant hospital and medical professionals.

In a life-threatening emergency, users should contact the appropriate emergency services immediately.

6. Pricing and Payment

Charges may depend on service type, distance, duration, vehicle/ambulance category, waiting time, additional services, tolls, taxes and other applicable charges.

Payments may be processed through supported payment methods and authorized payment providers.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may depend on the service type, booking status, cancellation time and applicable service conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

8. Service Providers

Services may be fulfilled by MEDICURES or independent drivers, vehicle operators, delivery partners or ambulance operators.

Availability and service quality may vary depending on operational circumstances.

9. User Responsibilities

Users must:

1. Provide accurate booking information.
2. Follow applicable laws and safety instructions.
3. Treat drivers, delivery personnel and ambulance staff respectfully.
4. Not misuse the application.
5. Not create fraudulent or fake bookings.
6. Not provide false emergency information.
7. Not damage vehicles or equipment.

10. Service Availability

MEDICURES does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any service. Services may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies, technical problems, network issues, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension

MEDICURES may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, illegal activities, security violations or material breaches of these Terms.
